We providing free shipping service for all the products in topwigshop.com.
We are not responsible for any duties or taxes charged by Customs for International deliveries.
You will be notified via email when your shipment has left for delivery. We reserve the right to change our policy without notice. Although we will try our best to send your merchandise as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee any problems that may occur, i.e. weather, strikes, slow delivery by shipper, etc. We do not take responsibility for late shipment(s).
Refunds & Exchanges:
No returns accepted on any items. You may request to exchange your purchase within 30 days.
Merchandise must be shipped out within 4 business days after the authorization number is issued.
Eligibility Requirements for Exchanges: The item/wig must be in salable condition, unworn and undamaged, in the original condition and packaging with all tags attached.
Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order via email to email@example.com or fax at 86-395-237-9733. Please include your order number, reason for the exchange and list of items you want in exchange (item name, item number, color and quantity). An exchange authorization number will be issued by either email or fax with further instructions. No exchange without an authorization number will be accepted.
For all exchanges If free shipping was offered on your original order, a £6.99 shipping charge will be deducted from your return credit.
Coupon codes are not valid on exchanges, including the free shipping coupon code
When returning your item to us, it is highly recommended to save the tracking number as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
